I love magic jack I have been using it for a while. Wicked cheap, beats a phone bill.

Yeah, I know and established through logic, that it is better than anything when you make plenty calls throughout the US.

Only two things...
Skype and Yahoophone is cheaper for all around international calls only.

Original landline is better on a power outage, only plus.

Of course if your computer crashes or your high speed internet goes down, you're screwed without a backup and those happen a lot more often than landline failure.
