Im starting to download it after i saw a booth for it at the quad A conference in Fort Worth earlier. Has anyone played this? is it any good? Its free so im not sure what to expect for the changes from AA2.

I think we had a few threads around this game when it came out. Everyone that had it pretty much said it would be more useful to wipe yourself with the game than try and play it.

It's not very good. Poor graphics. You have to complete basic training before you can really play. Not my type of game at all.

iv played and it had a lot of bugs but they may have fix it now

I played at launch and it was c**p. They may have fixed it but they sacked most of the original developers for not having the game properly finished at the release date...

I like the animation in this game but all other things like graphix sucks

I actually like it. I played AA2 a lot back in the day. It's not for everyone. Weapon damage is far more realistic than your average FPS game. When AA3 came out, there were a lot of training missions that were slated as "Coming Soon" and the trainings themselves can be very challenging. The game itself had some bugs for sure like not being able to open doors and what not, but it was very playable for me. The animations seemed very mechanical when I last played (3 months ago or so).

If you like tactical FPS games, AA3 has potential. It requires a little more work and a tad more polish and shine to be a good FPS.

AA3 sucks i have played quite a bit of it...if you want to play a AA game AA2 is by far the best its where I got the name marksman...inline and I could easly go 2 vs 6 on that game and win AA3 has no true snipers only DMRs guns sound like muffeld farts game is glichier than fking hell and at least in AA2 a ranked server was like 150$ for 8 on 8

You mean the SPR? I thought it was pretty bad lol... Had to steal an enemy VSS to get anywhere with SDM guns. The M4 SOPMOD was where it was at :)

no I mean DMR Designated Marksman Rifle an SPR Special Purpose Rifle is something like a 50cal for undetonated ordnance disposal and a SDM Squad Designated Marksman is just the guy who carry's a DMR. There isnt a M14 in AA games and to my knowledge the VSS is only AA2.

Now AA2 is a real game.....tho what I realy want is AA2 game play with BC2 graphics sound and destructible environments that would be bad ass
