PREREQUISITES: FLOT Commendation Medal, Meritorious Service Medal and Bronze Star

NOTE: This medal can not be awarded less than 6 months after the awarding of the Bronze Star. This award cannot be requested for oneself, it must be recommended by a separate player.

Awarded to any member who has killed GrossKopf with a knife or melee attack in any of the games FLOT supports. Screenshot or video evidence must be provided.

Awarded to any FLOT member that proves themselves vital to a win during a FLOT sponsored match or scrim.

NOTE: Only one MVP award may be issued per match/scrim. The MVP must be on the winning team.

Awarded to any FLOT members whose teamwork during a FLOT sponsored match or scrim proved vital to the performance of the team, regardless of the win or loss.

NOTE: Multiple players can be recommended for this award for the same match/scrim.

Awarded to any FLOT member killed by the same FLOT member at least 25 times. Screenshots or other evidence (ie: server stats sites) required.

Awarded to any FLOT member playing Battlefield 2142 for a least 40 hours total. Evidence must be submitted, preferably via X-Fire profile link.

Awarded to any FLOT member playing Call of Duty 4 for a least 40 hours total. Evidence must be submitted, preferably via X-Fire profile link.
